Quan Yin does Qi Gong!

Started teaching my first Qi Gong & Meditation Class in Jersey City today।

The space is fantastic. It has a few of my favorite things in the world: wine (it's below a wine shop),
Quan Yin, (the owner has multiple statues of her sprinkled throughout the building), and a beautiful fountain with big loving koi. (they're always hungry, just like my son!)

Hansen is the owner and has created this beautiful space to do wine tastings and such, but we've now found a new use as a qi gong haven when the store is closed.

These are great stress elimination techniques and they'll vary each week depending on the level of heat in the basement!
